Your journey begins from Rhodes New Marina, sailing toward Kalithea Springs, where golden beaches meet historic thermal waters. Swim or snorkel in crystal-clear waters before continuing to Anthony Quinn Bay, one of the most famous coves in Rhodes, known for its dramatic cliffs and turquoise waters.
During the cruise, guests enjoy a gourmet MediterAsian lunch freshly prepared onboard, featuring Greek salad with feta and olives, crispy Vietnamese Imperial rolls filled with pork, chicken, vegetables, and noodles, and grilled pork steak with pasta in tomato sauce. Lunch is accompanied by the signature Edisa Breeze cocktail, champagne, premium C.A.I.R wines, beer, soft drinks, and water.
The sailing experience continues to Ladiko Bay, a beautiful lagoon framed by sculpted rocks, and then to Kalami Bay, a peaceful location ideal for swimming, snorkeling, and relaxing on deck.
As the afternoon light softens, the cruise concludes with a Vietnamese Deluxe Sunset Dinner, including fresh Imperial rolls with prawns and herbs, aromatic Vietnamese Phở with tender beef and rice noodles, and slow-braised lemongrass pork or chicken served with jasmine rice. Fresh herbs and lemongrass are carefully selected from the captain’s own garden, ensuring exceptional freshness and flavor. Vegetarian options are available upon request.
